We offer kerbside delivery as standard, other options are available upon request.
Some delivery routes may include roads subject to legal weight restrictions. Our vehicles will only travel on such roads where access is legally permitted. Where weight limits prevent direct access, alternative arrangements such as smaller vehicle delivery or kerbside drop-off may be required.
Our delivery partners offer kerbside tail lift deliveries as standard. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery.
Drivers will not enter properties or move goods beyond the delivery point.
Please ensure the delivery location is clear and will not cause obstruction.
Deliveries can only be made on flat, stable surfaces.
We cannot deliver in busy walkways or crowded public spaces.
Drivers cannot carry goods up or down steps or remove items from the pallet.
Drivers can wheel the pallet as far as possible but cannot remove goods or take the pallet away.
Specific days or times may be requested and may incur additional surcharges.
For deliveries of 10 tonnes or more, we will provide specific delivery guidance.
