These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Pegasus Grab Hire Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We supply bulk materials, including but not limited to:

Decorative aggregates
Gravel
Slate
Related landscaping materials

All products are made of natural materials. As such:

Colour, size, and texture may vary
Images on the website are for guidance only
Minor variations are not considered defects

3. Ordering
All orders must be placed via our website or agreed in writing
You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before checkout
Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise)
Full payment is required at the time of ordering
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Method

Deliveries are made via a Tipper, Grab, Tail Lift Vehicle  or equivalent
Delivery is kerbside only unless otherwise agreed

5.2 Access Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure:
No weight restrictions are enforced in the delivery destination 
Safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles
No obstructions (pedestrians, parked cars, low trees, narrow access, etc.)
A suitable unloading location

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues:

A failed delivery charge may apply
Re-delivery will be charged

5.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational factors
We are not liable for delays outside our control


6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received
Risk transfers at the point of delivery
You are responsible for the goods once delivered


7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund


7.2 After Dispatch

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
Delivery charges are non-refundable


7.3 Returns

Due to the nature of bulk materials:

Returns are generally not accepted
Any return requests are at our discretion and may incur collection fees


8. Product Issues

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if:

The wrong product has been delivered
The quantity is incorrect
There is a significant issue with the product

We may require:

Photos
Order reference
Delivery details

We will assess and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.

9. Use of Products

All materials are supplied for general landscaping use
It is your responsibility to ensure suitability for your project
We are not liable for misuse or incorrect application


10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the value of the order
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events outside our control, including:
Severe weather
Vehicle breakdown
Supply chain disruption


12. Website Use

All content on this website is for general information
We reserve the right to update or change content at any time


13. Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
